2 Day Program--3's and young 4's
Since this is the first group experience away from parents for
many children, emphasis is geared toward functioning as part of
a group. Opportunities to cooperate, share, and interact with
children and adults in a well-supervised, caring atmosphere
encourage appropriate socialization. Children experience
hands-on art and music activities designed to encourage
creativity. Stories, finger plays, and dramatic play are an
important part of the curriculum. Outdoor play is available for
physical development-weather permitting.
Children must be toilet trained to attend class.
It is extremely important, for their own safety, that they be
ready, willing, and able to listen.
